Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you contact us, create an account, accept a provider invitation, update an organization profile, request a delivery, or pay an invoice. This may include your name, email, organization, contact name, pickup and destination details, general item descriptions, requested times, quotes, delivery status, invoice amounts, and payment references.

Our website and service providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, authentication activity, and error or security logs.

Google sign-in and passwords

Google sign-in uses your basic identity information, including your email address, profile name, account identifier, and profile image if supplied by Google. We use this information to sign you in and identify your account. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendar.

Supabase provides authentication, including password processing, account verification, and sessions. Viabridge does not receive your Google password. Administrator access requires additional verification.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, manage accounts and invitations, assess and schedule deliveries, issue quotes and invoices, reconcile payments, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain security, and keep business records. Signing in does not give access to another provider’s records.

Payments and service providers

Payments are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Viabridge’s portal stores invoice amounts, payment status, and payment references; it does not collect or store full card numbers, card security codes, or bank-login credentials.

We use Supabase for sign-in, Resend for account emails, Stripe for payments, and Sites hosting and its Cloudflare infrastructure for website hosting and account records. These providers process information needed to operate their services under their own terms and privacy policies. Google processes information when you choose Google sign-in. Your email provider processes inquiries you send by email.

We share delivery information only as needed to arrange the requested service, provide support, protect security, or comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell account or delivery information or use Google sign-in data for advertising.

Cookies and website tools

Essential session cookies support sign-in and security. Our current website does not include advertising trackers. The quote form prepares a message in your email app; you must review and send it there. The website’s help widget provides preset answers and does not book deliveries or provide medical advice.

No patient information in this website

Do not submit patient names, medical records, laboratory results, patient identifiers, or other sensitive health information through this website, its portal, or general email inquiries. Any service requiring protected information needs separate written arrangements and an appropriate communication process before acceptance.

Retention, access, and deletion requests

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, manage accounts, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention can differ by record type. Contact us to request access, correction, account closure, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and retain records that remain necessary for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Security and changes

We use access controls, encrypted website connections, managed authentication, and verified payment notifications. No service can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. We will update this page when our practices change; the effective date identifies the current version.
